yes he did, but after seeing posted images of the website (i can't view the actual website on this comp, my comp isnt compatible yet :< ), and seeing the concept work, i am inlove with stellar dawn and can definetly wait till 2011.
And i'll be the first i think to state that Stellar Dawn will be heavily..conflict based, i love the feel of the concept work, they seem to have applied the concept of "Used Space" very well into their designs, i just hope the concept carries over well into the actual game.
From the concept work, you get the feeling that the world of Stellar Dawn is very fluid, in constant flux/motion, and there is a gigantic interstellar or perhaps galactic or even Intergalactic war going on, on an extremely epic scale that would rival Star Wars and any other space scifi movie or game in my opinion.
In keeping true to the Used Space concept, they've made the environment both Gritty and realistic, and you can see the utter grittyness via the warlike atmosphere that 97% of the images that they portray.
You can see what seems to be pods, drop ships or even attack vessels streaking in hot from the atmosphere ready to attack the city in the background, and the fiery craters surrounding it smacks of something truly epic, like a really explosive battle or weapon went off, or lots of chaotic mayhem.
The fact that they have a tank or armored personell vehicle in their SD office also gives away the warlike atmosphere of the game.
All of which seriously pumps me up to the fullest, the game i think will be orgasmical, a real treat for hardcore gamers, and even casual gamers i think, but i think it will be a really big treat to gamers that enjoy war/combat based games.
